Today in sewing we were making masks. We spent 9 weeks in sewing and it was the year 8's last time. We were building on our sewing skills and we had a range of different ways of making the masks. We had to use the whip stitch which goes over and over. We also got to use the sewing machine. A huge thanks to Anne for teaching us skills we can use later on in our lives and also all the different stitches. As well as teaching us how to use the machine's we are now safe to use public transport.

Earth recreation
This week we have been doing a recreation of the earths layers. We did this to help our understanding of how volcanoes are formed and where the Magma chamber is located in the layers. We had the task of drawing the earth I found this on the explore tool.

Music creation
In the past week we have been on soundtrap. If you would like to visit the website click here.Everyone selected a picture to make music for. I was just trying to figure out the tools. I did what you would hear in a shearing shed. It's like an uplifting beat. I found it challenging to get my music onto my slide because it wouldn't upload into my drive. Here is the final product.
